Tasks

  • Providing expert advice to relationship managers and investment advisors on customized investment solutions, with a focus on structured products to meet client needs
  • Identify emerging market trends and develop innovative investment strategies to enhance our offering to clients
  • Design, pricing and launch of structured products based on equities, credit and interest rates
  • Proactive management of product rollover, informing relationship managers and investment advisors of upcoming maturities and offering suitable replacement options
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders through regular desk meetings and advisory calls to promote structured products and drive business growth
  • Conduct educational events for relationship managers to expand their knowledge of structured products and improve sales effectiveness
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials that present investment ideas and opportunities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including trade booking, post-sales support and product lifecycle management

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years experience in an advisory or sales role
  • Market knowledge: Strong passion for financial markets, with a broad understanding of different asset classes and in-depth knowledge of at least one area
  • Structured products expertise: Advanced knowledge of structured products, including their design, pricing and application
  • Customer orientation: ability to analyze customer situations, identify needs and develop tailor-made solutions
  • Communication skills: Adept at simplifying complex concepts and creating engaging consultative materials to support sales efforts
  • Sales orientation: Results-oriented attitude with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-oriented environment
  • Team Collaboration: Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with colleagues and clients
