Structurer

Job description

We are looking for a motivated structurer who would like to join our Investment Solutions team and is ready to learn, grow, and take on responsibility.

Tasks

The tasks include:

• Pricing of cross-asset solutions (flow and non-flow) through the use of our external hedging partners and issuers
• Developing new products and ideas, both using internal resources and by selecting and refining external proposals
• Management of the trade execution process with market partners
• Relationship management with market partners, including the negotiation of legal agreements
• Development of automated pricing tools for all front-office teams (Sales, Structuring, Trading)
• Project Management for Platform Development

Requirements

The requirements are:

• Excellent technical knowledge, a bachelor's degree in mathematics or a related field
• 2–5 years of professional experience in structuring or a similar role
• Knowledge of the Swiss and European structured products market
• A strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• A high degree of flexibility, the ability to juggle multiple priorities and work under pressure, as well as handle a heavy workload
• Flexibility and the ability to take the initiative
• Fluency in English, German, or Italian is a major plus
