Succession Planner

Job description

We are looking for a **Succession Planner** for our **Global Wealth Management** team in Sion, Canton Valais, Switzerland.

The function

The selected candidate will work closely with consultants and clients. You will be required to develop personalized solutions for clients with complex situations.

Main tasks

• Development of global solutions for succession planning for private and high net worth clients.
• Advising executives, business owners or entrepreneurs in developing sound legal solutions in collaboration with tax, credit and financial planning professionals.
• Work proactively and closely with our asset managers to support the development of their client portfolio and assist in the acquisition of new clients.
• Participation in training courses, professional seminars and customer events.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma from a Swiss university or equivalent.
• Experience: Additional experience in succession planning or a related field.
• Key competencies:
  • Very good methodical and analytical skills.
  • Very good knowledge of the financial markets.
  • Extensive knowledge of computer tools.
  • Autonomy at work.
  • Experience in communication.
