Supervisory Analyst / Compliance Officer Research (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Purpose: Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Implementation and further development of all other research compliance controls and processes
• Monitoring the regulatory development of independent financial analysis and further development of internal guidelines and controls
• Supervising other compliance tasks in the areas of trading and capital markets, such as dealing with insider information and conflicts of interest

Requirements

• Completed vocational qualification with advanced training or university degree
• At least 5 years' experience as a financial analyst, supervisory analyst or in research compliance, preferably in sell-side research
• In-depth understanding of financial analysis and its regulatory requirements
• Ability to design and propose constructive solutions
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to make decisions under time pressure
• Eager to learn, organized and able to work independently
• Positive attitude, team spirit and commitment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
