Support Analyst

The role

Have you completed a banking apprenticeship or equivalent commercial training? Are you tech-savvy and interested in digitalization? Are you empathetic, committed and resilient? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and as part of a team? Then you've come to the right place! As a Banking Support Analyst in the credit area, you are the central point of contact for banking-related inquiries about financing. You will support the front, middle and back office units in Switzerland, Germany and Italy with complex issues relating to loans and financing. You will use your in-depth knowledge and language skills to ensure high-quality customer service.
