The role

As a banking support analyst in the credit area, you are the central point of contact for banking-related queries about financing. You will support the front, middle and back office units in Switzerland, Germany and Italy with complex questions about loans and financing. You will use your in-depth knowledge and language skills to ensure high-quality customer service.

Requirements

  • Completed banking apprenticeship or equivalent commercial training
