Tasks
- Preparing, coordinating and following up on customer appointments, including data entry and preparation of documents
- Actively support settlement and financing transactions: Preparation of loan and investment proposals, portfolio reviews, stock exchange transactions as well as extension of financing and post-processing
- Administrative support: reminders of pending tasks, telephone lists and general team tasks
- Cooperation with specialists: coordination of financing applications, planning and follow-up work
- Involvement in capital investments (e.g. savings and pension products, funds) as well as activation of forward products and cross-selling
Requirements
- Completed banking apprenticeship
- Some experience in the investment business, financing or customer advisory services would be an advantage
- Service-oriented, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Enjoy teamwork, communication and coordination
- High level of comprehension, flexibility and initiative
