- Preparing, coordinating and following up on customer appointments, including data maintenance
- Analysis and financing discussions: active cooperation; preparation of investment proposals, custody/disclosure discussions and relocation of financial transactions as well as sales and marketing measures
- Administrative support: returns management, telephone counseling and general activities
- Cooperation with specialists: coordination of financing, planning and estate events as well as coordination of events such as active appointment scheduling and cross-selling
