Job Title

• Digital Customer Solutions Support Specialist (a) 20% - Evenings and Saturdays

• A key aspect of working at AKB: Every Monday through Friday morning, from at least 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., during the staff meeting.
• We support our clients in the areas of e-reporting, mobile banking, TWINT, and Clear Net Payment; furthermore, we are the first cantonal bank to operate the entire support organization.

• You'll participate in teamwork and support the assigned employee—who responds quickly and with dedication—by keeping them busy and taking over tasks so they can focus on other people's concerns.

What you bring with you

• Requests for support or within the same department regarding entirely new systems such as Telefon, Posten, Edok, T-Systems, and FileMaker.
• At Vektor, the Service Center team, and elsewhere, you’ll work with colleagues as we search for solutions.
• You have in-depth knowledge of the commercial law environment as a result of having completed an apprenticeship.
• Experience in customer support in the banking or trade show industries, or as a support team member or systems programmer.
• You have a penchant for Solitaire, where we seek out and implement solutions for employees every day.
• You have strong presentation skills when it comes to software and IT jargon.
• Knowledge of French and English is a plus.
• Willingness to work part-time and maintain full productivity through working from home.
• You are a communicative person.
