Digital Customer Solutions Supporter

What you can expect

• In private and corporate customer service, you will support our customers in the areas of e-banking, mobile banking, TWINT, and online via telephone.
• You will also be our first point of contact for banking transactions.
• Together with other team members, you will experience the developed optimization and e-banking strategies live and be directly affected by the long-term change processes.
• You can be mobile, equipped with modern equipment within the corporate group and supported by the use of mobile workstations, at least one calendar per month in advance.

What you bring with you

• You are ready to become part of our team and to stand up for people who rely on you.
• You have a solid basic education in computer science or have respect for the profile in your first customer contact.
• Ideally, you have experience with e-banking solutions or have already gained initial experience in customer or private banking.
• You have sound IT knowledge in the areas of software and hardware.
• Customer-oriented behavior and an independent approach to work are your strengths.
• You are a communicative person and you are flexible and willing to compromise. You have good language and communication skills, are proficient in written and spoken German and have excellent English skills.
