Supporter:in eBanking Service 80% - 100% | Direkbank / Service Center | Zurich | Student:in, Experienced professional

Tasks

• You ensure 1st-level support for our digital channels (eBanking, ZKB Mobile Banking, ZKB TWINT, frankly, ZKB InfoApp, financial information) by telephone and in writing
• As a digital enabler, you enthusiastically guide our customers through the digitalization process
• First point of contact for our clients in the processing of fraud cases
• You take on responsibility for evening and weekend shifts on a rotational basis
• Occasionally you support and work in the project and in testing

Requirements

• Professional experience in telephone communication, e.g. contact center, personal customer service or IT support
• With your above-average affinity for IT and your interest in new technologies and trends, you actively shape the innovation process
• Thanks to your strong empathy, you can easily put yourself in the shoes of our customers and their needs
• You have a communicative personality and are very enthusiastic about customer contact
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English, additional foreign language skills in another national language are an advantage
