System Administrator (m/f/d)
Incore Asset Management Solution AG is seeking a System Administrator (m/f/d) to manage and maintain its server infrastructure, network infrastructure, and cloud solutions. The ideal candidate has completed training as an IT specialist and has several years of professional experience in IT administration.
Tasks
- Server Infrastructure: Setup, maintenance, and administration of the server infrastructure (Windows Server, VMware, Active Directory, terminal servers, Exchange servers, and SFTP servers)
- Network administration: configuration and monitoring of the network infrastructure (firewall, switch, VPN); creation and management of user accounts
- Software and System Management: Performing and documenting updates; license management (e.g., SSL certificates, Microsoft, developer licenses)
- Employee Onboarding: Support with the technical integration of new team members
- Cloud Services: Implementation and Management of Cloud Solutions
Requirements
- Successful completion of an IT specialist (system integration) apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in IT administration
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows Server, Office 365, Azure) and network administration (DNS, DHCP, LDAP, VPN)
- Experience with Linux (Debian, Ubuntu), Apache web server, Exim, Fail2Ban, and Tomcat
- Using VMware Safely
- Ideally, experience with Kubernetes, Jira, and GitHub/Lab
- Excellent German language skills (C2 level)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others
