Tasks

• Server Infrastructure: Setup, maintenance, and administration of the server infrastructure (Windows Server, VMware, Active Directory, terminal servers, Exchange servers, and SFTP servers)
• Network Administration: Configuration and monitoring of the network infrastructure (firewall, switch, VPN); creation and management of user accounts
• Software and System Management: Performing and documenting updates; license management (e.g., SSL certificates, Microsoft developer licenses)
• Employee Onboarding: Support with the technical integration of new team members
• Cloud Services: Implementation and Management of Cloud Solutions

Requirements

• Successful completion of an IT specialist (system integration) apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in IT administration
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows Server, Office 365, Azure) and network administration (DNS, DHCP, LDAP, VPN)
• Experience with Linux (Debian, Ubuntu), Apache web server, Exim, Fail2Ban, and Tomcat
• Using VMware Safely
• Ideally, experience with Kubernetes, Jira, and GitHub/Lab
• Excellent German language skills (C2 level)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others
