System Architect for GPS ART (f/m/d) 100%

Your challenge

As a System Architect for GPS ART, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Collaborate on defining target and transition architectures with GPS leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with the overall enterprise architecture vision and goals
• Developing and defining the GPS technology strategy based on the corporate strategy, evaluating new technologies, chairing the Technology Architecture Advisory Board, and defining technology migration roadmaps
• Conducting technical assessments, executing proof-of-concept projects, and coaching agile teams during migration
• Responsibility for solution blueprints and definition of transition roadmaps with concrete inputs for GPS ART to achieve the target application landscape
• Supporting teams in complying with enterprise architecture governance to ensure adherence to architecture standards, policies, and guidelines
• Stay up to date with trends and drivers in the financial industry, markets, and technology in order to propose innovative and sound solutions for business partners and support them in architecture-related issues.
• Facilitating digital transformation and the rollout of global solutions to strike a balance between scalability, operability, flexibility, and geographic adoption

Your profile

We are looking for a candidate with the following profile:

• Passion for technology with a "can-do" attitude and entrepreneurial spirit that can thrive in a rapidly changing environment
• Proven multi-year experience as a systems or software architect in the financial industry or as a consultant specializing in banking
• Successful track record in delivering technology projects, including methodical assessments, strategy definitions, and roadmap developments
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in at least two functional areas: market data distribution, real-time data analytics, or migration/redesign of software from desktop-based to web-based and cloud-based.
• Several years of experience as a web software developer (Java or .NET)
• Business fluency in written and spoken English; spoken German is an advantage
