System Architect for GPS ART (f/m/d) 100%

Tasks

• Collaborate with GPS leadership and key stakeholders to define target and transition architectures that align with the overall enterprise architecture vision and goals
• Developing and defining the GPS technology strategy based on the corporate strategy, evaluating new technologies, chairing the Technology Architecture Advisory Board, and defining technology migration roadmaps
• Conducting technical assessments, executing proof-of-concept projects, and coaching agile teams during migration
• Responsibility for solution blueprints and definition of transition roadmaps with concrete inputs for GPS ART to achieve the target application landscape
• Supporting teams in adhering to enterprise architecture governance to ensure compliance with architecture standards, policies, and guidelines
• Stay up to date with trends and drivers in the financial industry, markets, and technology in order to propose innovative and sound solutions for business partners and support them in architecture-related issues.
• Facilitating digital transformation and the rollout of global solutions to strike a balance between scalability, operability, flexibility, and geographic adoption

Requirements

• Passion for technology with a "can-do" attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
• Proven multi-year experience as a systems or software architect in the financial industry or in consulting with a focus on banking
• Successful track record in delivering technology projects, including methodical assessments, strategy definitions, and roadmap developments
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in at least two functional areas: market data distribution, real-time data analysis, or migration/redesign of software from desktop-based to web-based and cloud-based.
• Several years of experience as a web software developer (Java or .NET)
• Business fluency in written and spoken English; spoken German is an advantage
