Tasks

• Support architecture governance to manage architecture debts, architecture standards, and guidelines
• Manage and drive proof of concepts on new technologies and tools that may be required for supporting the business initiatives
• Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviors including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

• Passionate and efficient self-learner in order to adopt new technologies and methodologies to create business value
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise systems in the banking sector, preferably private banking/wealth management
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachmann
• Strong collaboration skills across hierarchical levels and organizational boundaries
• Very good knowledge and experience in modern web technologies
• Proficiency in enterprise technologies such as Java EE, Spring Boot, databases like Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, integration technologies like IBM MQ, IBM Integration Bus, event streaming platforms like Apache Kafka
• Experience in implementing cloud-native applications
• Experience in implementing DevOps principles in the organization
• Experience in implementing machine learning-based solutions is good to have.
