System Engineer

We are looking for an experienced System Engineer to join our End User Engineering team. As a System Engineer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining the infrastructure that our End User Infrastructure and Engineering teams rely on. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies at scale and to support our End User platforms.Main tasks
As a Systems Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code solutions, configuration management, and monitoring systems, and support business operations. You will work closely with the broader engineering organization and other systems teams to drive automation. The role involves an on-call rotation.Requirements
* Experience supporting end-user platforms such as Windows 10/11 and Azure * Experience with identity management and related technologies (Active Directory, Entra ID) * Experience supporting end-user clients such as Windows, macOS, and mobile devices * Familiarity with automation tools and scripting/programming languages (Python, Go, PowerShell) * Ability to troubleshoot and debug distributed systems, with the capacity to diagnose complex production issues under pressure * Knowledge of security best practices and infrastructure architecture platforms * 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in the field of AI * Strong organizational skills to effectively work with AI-powered development tools in daily workflowsFurther advantages
* Experience with device management, including Intune and 2nd/3rd * Experience with modern on-premises and/or cloud infrastructure (Azure, on-premises, Grafana, ELK, LOK, or similar) * Experience with (CI/CD) pipelines and source code workflows (Git, Jenkins, TeamCity) * Knowledge of Linux * Self-organized with the ability to set priorities and effectively manage time across multiple projects * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to explain complex technical concepts to various stakeholdersWe offer
