System Manager for Core Systems (m/f/d)
DZ PRIVATBANK is seeking a Core Systems Manager who will be responsible for controlling and monitoring core systems, analyzing and resolving system issues, and setting up and expanding systems. The ideal candidate has professional experience, strong knowledge of IBM i, Broadcast Automatic Automation, and PRTG, as well as experience in heterogeneous system environments.
Field of activity
The position of Core Systems Manager involves the following responsibilities:- Control and monitoring of central systems
- Analysis and Resolution of Complex Malfunctions
- Design, development, and expansion of systems and stability
- Consulting for development teams and further development
- Collaboration on IT projects – from conception to implementation
- Participation in a 5-shift operation that is currently transitioning to a flexible schedule
What you bring with you
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:- You have above-average qualifications based on your professional experience
- Proficiency in IBM i, Broadcast Automation, and PRTG
- Experience in heterogeneous system environments (e.g., Linux, Windows, IBM Power Systems)
- Ideally, an understanding of banking processes—or a willingness to learn them
- An analytical, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills when interacting with technical and subject-matter experts
