T24 Technical Lead (Payments)

Tasks

• Passionate about technologies to create robust and scalable interfaces and local developments
• Hands-on experience in analysis, design, coding and implementation of complex and customized solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals; experience in a Safe-Agile environment
• Hands-on experience with Design Studio, GitLab, JBOSS, SQL developer, Temenos Unit Test Framework, JIRA, job scheduler (Unix), Unix shell scripting
• Experience in the use of logging and monitoring tools such as Tivoli, Dynatrace and Splunk
• Deep understanding of T24 COBI and Services Framework to create robust solutions
• Hands-on experience with integration and interaction frameworks and streaming solutions
• Investigate and resolve production issues (DRE) to maintain a stable production environment; calm and effective in crisis situations
• Functional understanding of private banking and finance modules in T24
• Deep understanding of payment products and their implementation in T24
• Participation in review meetings and provision of updates on project progress
• Effective management of development resources and squad deliveries
• Understanding the development architecture and infrastructure
• Fair understanding of Oracle DB concepts such as indexes, SQL query design and Linux OS scripting
• Driving and reviewing technical and architectural designs, enforcing architectural guidelines and challenging the status quo

Client/stakeholder management (internal & external)

• Stakeholder management - close collaboration with Finance, Ops, Business Change Engineers and suppliers to fulfill T24 requirements
• Ability to exert influence
• Ensure awareness, engagement and support from key stakeholders and participants by building strong project teams and maintaining robust communication on project status throughout its lifecycle

Regulatory responsibilities / I/C risk management

• Demonstrate appropriate values and behaviors, including, but not limited to, standards of honesty and integrity, acting with due care and diligence, handling information (e.g., client/financial information), managing conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, appropriate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Taking responsibility for ensuring that risks and issues are identified and closely managed, and getting all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality

Requirements

Professional and technical skills

• At least 10 years of experience in T24 platform development
• In-depth understanding of private banking and payment modules
• Experience in the implementation of SWIFT messaging, interface patterns and STP processes
• Excellent personal organization and ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks; ability to influence and manage projects to achieve key milestones and overcome challenges
• Ability to translate functional requirements into efficient and practical technical solutions

Technical skills

• T24 PGI3 and higher
• TAJ PGI3 and higher
• Multi-company setup and multi-app server setup
• Hands-on experience with Design Studio, source code repository, job schedulers, SQL developer
• Experience in T24 development on cloud environments
• Experience with Tivoli, Dynatrace, Splunk or similar tools for logging and monitoring
• Oracle DB concepts in relation to T24 Unix-S
