T24 Technical Lead (Payments)

Job description

Tasks

• Management of projects in the area of Payments (TPH) in T24
• Analysis, design, coding and implementation of complex and customized solutions
• Collaborate with the team to achieve goals in a Safe Agile environment
• Experience with Design Studios, GitLab, JIRA, JBOSS, SQL Developer, Temenos Unit Test Framework, JIRA, Job Scheduler (AWA)
• Investigate and resolve production issues (RTE) to maintain a stable production environment
• Management of development resources and delivery of results by the team
• Technical and architectural design, enforcement of architectural guidelines and challenging the status quo

Client / Stakeholder Management (internal & external)

• Stakeholder management: working closely with Finance, Operations, Business Change Engineers and Project Managers to drive and manage IT delivery
• Ensuring awareness, involvement and support from key stakeholders and participants by building strong project teams and maintaining robust communication on project status

Regulatory responsibilities / risk management

• Demonstrate appropriate values and behaviors, including but not limited to standards of honesty and integrity, clear care and diligence, fair treatment (fair treatment of clients), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, appropriate risk management and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Take responsibility for identifying and managing risks and issues and managing all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality

Requirements

Professional and technical requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in T24 platform development
• In-depth understanding of the private banking and payments modules
• Experience in the implementation of SWIFT messaging, interface patterns and STP processes
• Excellent personal organization and ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks
• Ability to translate functional requirements into efficient and appropriate technical solutions

Technical requirements

• T24 R23 and higher
• TAE R23 and higher
• Exposure to T24 upgrade and migration processes
• T24 performance optimization and T24 code and architecture change
• Experience with Tivoli, Dynatrace, Splunk or similar tools for logging and monitoring
• Oracle DB concepts relevant for T24, Linux scripts
• Understanding of deployment architecture and infrastructure
• Experience in T24 upgrades and data migration best practices
