Overview

- T24 Technical Lead (Payments) - Location: Singapore - Full-time

Tasks

• Passion for technology, development of robust and scalable interfaces and local developments
• Experience in analysis, design, coding and implementation of complex and customized solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals; experience in a Safe Agile environment
• Experience with Design Studio, GitHub, JIRA, BODS, SQL, developer, Temenos unit test framework, JUnit, job scheduler (UMS) and service tests
• Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as Tivoli, Dynatrace and Splunk
• Deep understanding of the T24 COBI and services framework to create robust solutions
• Experience with integration and interaction frameworks and streaming solutions
• Investigation and resolution of production problems (DRE) to maintain a stable production environment; calm and effectiveness in crisis situations
• Functional understanding of the private banking and finance modules in T24
• Deep understanding of payment products and their implementation in T24
• Participation in review meetings and provision of updates on project progress
• Effective management of development resources and squad deliveries
• Understanding the development architecture and infrastructure
• Basic understanding of Oracle DB concepts such as indexes, SQL query design and Linux OS scripts
• Driving and reviewing technical and architectural designs, enforcing architectural guidelines and challenging the status quo

Client / stakeholder management (internal & external)

• Stakeholder management - working closely with finance, operations, business change engineers and project managers to ensure T24 changes meet requirements and deadlines
• Ensuring awareness, engagement and support from key stakeholders and participants by building strong project teams and maintaining robust communication on project status throughout its lifecycle

Regulatory responsibilities / A/Risk management

• Demonstrate appropriate values and behaviors, including but not limited to standards of honesty and integrity; act with due care and diligence; manage conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, manage risk appropriately and comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Taking responsibility for ensuring that risks and issues are identified and closely managed, and driving all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality

• Design uses the right integration patterns and formats
• Design is fully scalable, reliable and robust
• Design / creation of platforms (red) using outdated technologies
• Non-functional requirements are fully met
• Updates and acceptance of documentation - such as JIRA, Confluence, unit test documents, source code review reports, sonar scores, vulnerability scans, operational handover documents, etc.
• Perform PSM and A/R testing to ensure accuracy, ambush registration if required
• Close cooperation with business engineers, system architects, project managers, test management teams
• Continuous dissemination of the latest development concepts to developers
