Talent Acquisition Coordinator
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition team in recruiting employees and ensures an efficient and positive experience for applicants. The role includes tasks such as coordinating interviews, managing applicant data, and assisting with talent acquisition.
Tasks
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team to efficiently and effectively meet the needs of a rapidly growing company. This role works closely with the global Talent Acquisition team to find innovative ways to improve efficiency by leveraging advanced technology and talent acquisition tools to transform the way we work.Responsibilities
- Scheduling:
- Coordinate interview schedules within 10 business days using tools such as Greenhouse and calendar systems.
- Ensure that all interviews are set up with all necessary information (e.g., details).
- Candidate experience:
- Provide clear and professional communication to candidates, including interview details and confirmations.
- Managing logistics for on-site interviews (e.g., booking rooms).
- Proactive management of urgent changes, such as cancellations or rebookings.
- Feedback Management:
- Collect and share interviewer feedback with the hiring teams, and ensure that data is tagged accurately in Greenhouse.
- Planning stakeholder discussions following four-round interviews.
- Talent Tech Support:
- Ensure that talent acquisition technology tools (e.g., Greenhouse) are used to their full potential to track candidates, streamline workflows, and improve reporting.
- Support IT in managing platform data assessments and ensure that results are delivered efficiently and securely.
- Talent Acquisition Helpline & Agency Coordination:
- Monitor the Talent Acquisition inbox daily and triage/respond to inquiries as appropriate.
- Supporting agency management, including processing invoices, maintaining preferred supplier lists (PSLs), and managing new agency agreements.
- Organize meetings between agencies, talent acquisition teams, and hiring managers to agree on talent acquisition strategies.
- Data and Cost Efficiency:
- Regularly review and challenge internal data to ensure that resource allocation is optimized.
- Track and report on internal and third-party costs to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with talent acquisition technology, including assessment tools (e.g., HackerRank/Veriff), recruiting/marketing tools, and e-recruitment systems.
- Experience in cost-effective talent acquisition practices.
