About the role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator position plays an important role in supporting the global talent acquisition strategy by ensuring that talent acquisition processes are efficient and effective.Tasks
- Coordinating interview appointments within a business day using tools such as Greenhouse and calendar systems
- Ensure all interviews are set up with the required background (e.g. interview kits, HireVue links, video conferencing details)
- Clear and professional communication with candidates, including interview details and confirmations
- Logistics for personal interviews (e.g. reception/building access, room reservation)
- Proactive management of urgent changes such as cancelations or postponements
- Feedback from interviewers to hiring teams, ensuring data is accurately labeled in Greenhouse
- Debrief discussions with stakeholders after final interview rounds
- Ensure optimal use of talent acquisition technology tools (e.g. Greenhouse) to track candidates, streamline workflows and improve reporting
- Assisting in the management of online advertisements, ensuring results are delivered efficiently and accurately
- Daily monitoring of the talent acquisition mailbox, triage and response to requests
- Support with agent management, including processing invoices, maintaining Preferred Supplier Lists (PSL) and managing job requisitions
- Organization of meetings between agents, talent acquisition and hiring managers to coordinate talent acquisition strategies
Requirements
- Professional in Microsoft Office applications
- Professional with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
- Familiarity with workflow and stakeholder management skills
- Professional with talent acquisition assessment tools (e.g. HackerRank)
- Experience in end-to-end compliant talent acquisition practices
