Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the global talent acquisition team in implementing an efficient and effective talent acquisition strategy by optimizing the process and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The focus is on leveraging technology to improve the process and ensure seamless communication with candidates.

Job description: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Key tasks

  • Coordinate interview appointments within 1 business day using tools such as Greenhouse and calendar systems
  • Ensure that all interviews are set up with required technical components (e.g. HackerRank links, video conference details)
  • Clear and professional communication with candidates, including interview details and confirmations
  • Logistics management for interviewers and candidates (e.g. scheduling, Zoom links, travel)

Feedback management

  • Obtain and communicate interviewer feedback to hiring teams, ensure data is accurately logged in Greenhouse
  • Scheduling debrief discussions with stakeholders after final interviews

Talent technology support

  • Ensure optimal use of talent acquisition technology tools (e.g. Greenhouse) to track candidates, streamline workflows and support reporting
  • Assist in the administration of candidate assessments, ensuring results are delivered efficiently and accurately

Talent acquisition mailbox and agent coordination

  • Daily monitoring of talent acquisition inbox, triage or respond to requests as needed
  • Agent management support, including processing invoices, managing preferred supplier lists (PSLs) and managing new agent agreements
  • Organization of meetings between agents, talent acquisition and hiring managers to coordinate talent acquisition strategies

Technical skills

  • Curiosity, proactivity and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
  • Experience in cost-conscious talent acquisition practices
