Talent Acquisition Partner
Vaudoise Assurances is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a six-month period to support the intensification of recruitment efforts, particularly for positions in IT and management. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating job advertisements, managing applications, and selecting candidates.
Tasks
The tasks that await you:- Write and publish recruitment advertisements, taking into account the agreed strategy.
- Manage the reception and processing of candidates
- Preselect candidates
- Organize and conduct interviews with candidates (in person, via Teams, by phone)
- Select the final candidate using the line
- Managing salary negotiations
- Close recruitment (send feedback to candidates)
- Perform sourcing on demand
Requirements
Votre profil :- 2-5 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
- Knowledge of IT professions and interest in other support functions
- Ability to work with large volumes of candidates
- Ability to quickly identify and qualify profiles
- Native French speaker, ideally with a good knowledge of German and/or English
- Excellent knowledge and proficiency with computer tools (MS Office, job boards, ATS, and professional social networks)
- Mastery of sourcing techniques
