The Talent Acquisition Partner supports Man Group in the acquisition of talent in various business areas and is responsible for conducting recruitment processes, managing candidates and working with executives. Purpose of the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting Man Group's talent acquisition needs in key business areas. This position focuses on delivering exceptional talent acquisition services by acting as a proactive and dynamic resource for hiring needs, adhering to the principles of technology-enabled, candidate-centered, consultative partnership and cost-effective (agency-free) talent solutions.

Tasks

  • End-to-end talent acquisition support:
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
    • Develop and proactively promote job descriptions through appropriate channels to attract highly qualified candidates directly.
    • Source candidates directly through advanced techniques, including job boards, databases, professional networks and headhunting.
    • Screen CVs and conduct thorough candidate evaluations to ensure alignment with risk requirements and business objectives.
  • Candidate pipeline management:
    • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for key business areas to ensure a steady flow of highly qualified candidates.
    • Act as the main point of contact for candidates to deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
    • Manage communication with candidates, including coordinating interviews and providing timely feedback to ensure a smooth process.
  • Stakeholder collaboration:
    • Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to deliver customized and effective talent acquisition solutions.
    • Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices, market conditions and candidate expectations to ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Collaborate with members of the Talent Acquisition team to share insights, solve challenges and deliver effective projects.
  • Technology-based approach:
    • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like HireVue to efficiently manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
    • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the ATS by creating actionable insights through advanced reporting and analytics.
  • Diversity, equality and inclusion:
    • Develop strategies to attract and engage diverse candidates across all roles.
    • Proactively support D&I initiatives by embedding inclusive practices into every stage of the talent acquisition process.
  • Cost-effective practices:
    • Prioritize direct sourcing methods to minimize reliance on external agencies and reduce overall talent acquisition costs.
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies within the talent acquisition process to contribute to broader organizational goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, either in-house or agency, with experience in full cycle hiring.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members.
  • Professional in applicant tracking systems (preferably Greenhouse) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to liaise with internal and external partners
