Purpose of the role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting Man Group's recruitment needs in key business areas. This position will focus on delivering exceptional recruitment services by acting as a proactive and dynamic resource for recruitment needs, adhering to the principles of technology enablement, candidate specificity, consulting partnership and cost efficiency (through agency utilization).Tasks
- End-to-end recruitment support:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate end-to-end inclusive and engaging job descriptions through appropriate channels to attract highly qualified candidates.
- Candidate search
- Search for candidates directly through advanced techniques including job boards, databases, professional networks and utilizing Man Group's employee network.
- Screen applications and conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with risk requirements and business priorities.
- Candidate pipeline management:
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for key business areas to ensure a steady flow of highly qualified candidates.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates by delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
- Manage communication with candidates, including coordinating interviews and providing timely feedback to ensure a smooth process.
- Stakeholder collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to deliver customized and effective recruitment solutions.
- Provide advice to hiring managers on best practices, market conditions and candidate expectations to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with other members of the recruitment team to share insights, solve challenges and implement consistent processes.
- Technology enablement:
- Use of application tracking systems (ATS), such as Workday, to efficiently manage the recruitment process.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the ATS by providing actionable insights through advanced reporting and analytics.
- Diversity, equality and inclusion:
- Develop strategies to attract and engage diverse candidates for all roles.
- Proactively support the UK Disability Confident program by incorporating inclusive practices into every step of the recruitment process.
- Cost-effective practices:
- Prioritize direct sourcing methods to minimize reliance on external agencies and reduce overall recruitment costs.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies within the recruitment process to contribute to broader organizational goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in recruitment, either in-house or agency, with experience in full cycle recruitment.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members.
