Job description: Talent Acquisition Partner
Tasks
- End-to-end talent acquisition support:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and implement effective talent acquisition strategies
- Draft, search and proactively target job descriptions through appropriate channels to attract highly qualified candidates
- Coordinate directly with hiring teams to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Screening resumes and conducting thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with risk requirements and business priorities
- Candidate pipeline management:
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for key business areas to ensure a steady flow of highly qualified candidates
- Key point of contact for candidates to deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process
- Managing communication with candidates, including coordinating interviews and providing regular feedback
- Stakeholder cooperation:
- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to deliver customized and effective talent acquisition solutions
- Providing hiring managers with expertise on best practices, market conditions and candidate expectations
- Collaborate with talent acquisition team members to share insights, solve challenges and implement effective projects
- Technology-based approach:
- Utilize appropriate resourcing channels (ATS), such as HireVue, to efficiently manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the ATS to deliver actionable insights through advanced reporting and analytics
- Diversity, equality and inclusion:
- Develop strategies to attract and engage diverse candidates across all roles
- Proactively support D&I initiatives by embedding inclusive resourcing practices at every stage of the talent acquisition process
- Cost-effective practices:
- Prioritize direct sourcing methods to minimize reliance on external agencies and reduce overall talent acquisition costs
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies within the talent acquisition process
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, either in-house or agency, with experience in full cycle hiring
- Partner alignment with hiring managers and team members
- Professional in application tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse and Microsoft Office tools
- Self-starter or ability to take ownership of the talent acquisition process and deliver results
