The Talent Acquisition Partner supports recruitment through proactive market mapping, executing recruiting processes, and building talent pipelines. The role involves supporting end-to-end recruiting processes, engaging passive talent, and nurturing candidate relationships in a hybrid working model.

Job Details

The job description includes partnering with hiring managers, conducting proactive market analysis, executing recruiting processes, and assisting in building strong talent pipelines. This person will also ensure a positive and human candidate experience and help hire individuals who not only meet the requirements of the role but also fit our culture and way of working.

  • Support for end-to-end recruiting processes
  • Approaching passive talent
  • Sharing market information
  • Maintaining a strong organization and tracking across multiple open roles

Requirements

The requirements for this position are:
  • Experience supporting end-to-end recruiting processes, including role descriptions, sourcing, interview coordination, and offer steps
  • Practical experience with sourcing and talent mapping using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking
  • Ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring or strategic roles
  • Good understanding of candidate assessment and structured interview practices
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles with strong organization and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage candidates and provide a positive candidate experience
  • Curiosity and interest in using recruiting data and metrics to improve hiring results
  • Alignment with a culture that values ownership, collaboration, and smart prioritization
  • Permission to work in the USA
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, with availability to be in the Miami office three times per week

Nice to have (not required)

Skills that are not required but desirable are:
  • Experience in recruiting for financial services companies
  • Experience working with an ATS, preferably UKG
  • Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills
