Talent Acquisition - / Recruiting Partner
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter for a 6-month permanent position who will work with the specialist departments to find and attract top talent. The Recruiter will be responsible for the areas of Technology and Legal & Compliance and will build strategic partnerships with the specialist departments.

Tasks
- Your client coverage includes Technology and Legal & Compliance
- Building strong partnerships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders through service excellence
- Define and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure a diverse candidate pool, including through direct recruitment
- Participation in and presentation at recruitment events and internal interview training sessions
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a recruiting/talent acquisition partner in a fast-paced and client-centric organization, preferably experience in technology, financial services or FinTech
- Experience in internal recruitment would be an advantage
- Strong business acumen in the professional services sector and a strong partner to support our hiring managers in recruiting great talent
- An open and engaging communicator with high standards in delivering an exceptional experience for hiring managers and candidates
- Multicultural exposure, ability to interact with all types of professionals and all levels of seniority
- Fluent in German and English
