Talent Management Expert:in 80% - 100% | People & Culture | Zurich | Experienced professionals with project responsibility

Your tasks

• Co-lead of a strategically important talent development program (design and facilitation)
• Designing innovative talent development solutions and formats to prepare our talent for the future
• Sparring in succession planning and development

Your profile

• University degree or comparable education with ongoing training in talent, leadership and personnel development as well as coaching
• At least 10 years of experience in talent and leadership development roles in organizations with progressive talent management and employee lifecycle approaches, preferably in the financial sector or similarly complex industries
• Proven track record in concept development and implementation of an innovative talent management strategy as well as in the moderation and design of sophisticated workshop formats
• Experience in supporting change and transformation projects
• Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to implement innovative and sustainable ideas
• Integrated personality with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, also at C-level
• Strong team player with a solution-oriented, pragmatic way of working as well as a high level of initiative and willingness to take responsibility
• Well networked with peers in comparable functions and in consulting firms
