Tax Compliance Officer (m/f/d)

Your challenge

• Responsible for QIF/ATCA/CIS and customer tax compliance for VPBank and the VP Bank Group
• Regulatory monitoring for QIF/ATCA/CIS and customer tax compliance for VPBank and the VP Bank Group
• Representation of VP Bank in working groups of the FL Bankers Association
• Conducting checks as part of the order, review, and event-driven review processes
• Implementation of ICS
• Processing and responding to inquiries regarding QIF/ATCA/CIS and customer tax compliance
• Conducting ZICD checks for annual reporting
• Support in the technical implementation of international tax projects
• Creation and ongoing revision of fact sheets, guidelines, process descriptions, work manuals, control concepts, and group standards

Your requirements

• Several years of professional experience in tax compliance (QIF/ATCA/CIS) and in supporting the business department(s) in tax law and tax technical matters.
• Analytical requirements and an advantage
• Written communication skills, an independent and solution-oriented approach to work, and the ability to handle and implement complex issues in a bank-wide context
• Precise and reliable way of working
• High motivation and resilience
• Very good communication skills
• Stylistically German, as well as very good oral and written English skills
