Job description: Tax Compliance Officer (m/f/d)

Your challenge

• Specialist processing for QIFATCA/CRS and client tax compliance for VPBL and VP Bank Group
• Regulatory monitoring for QIFATCA/CRS and client tax compliance for VPBL and VP Bank Group
• Representation of VP Bank in working groups of the FL Bankers Association
• Implementation of controls as part of the onboarding, review and event-driven review processes
• Implementation of ICS
• Processing and responding to inquiries regarding QIFATCA/CRS and client tax compliance
• Implementation of ZISOC controls for annual reporting
• Support in the technical implementation of international tax projects
• Creation and ongoing revision of fact sheets, guidelines, process descriptions, work instructions, control documents and group documents

Your requirements

• Several years of professional experience in the area of tax compliance (QIFATCA, AIA) and in supporting the business units with regard to tax compliance and tax business processes/ operational tax compliance
• Analytical requirements/ability to abstract an advantage
• Quick comprehension, an independent and solution-oriented way of working as well as the ability to explain and implement complex topics in holistic communication
• Precise and conscientious way of working
• High motivation and resilience
• Very good communication skills
• Confident German and very good oral and written English skills
