The Tax Compliance Officer (m/f/d) is responsible for the specialist processing and regulatory monitoring of QIFATCA/CRS and client tax compliance at VP Bank Group. The position also includes representing the Bank in working groups and conducting controls and audits.

Tax Compliance Officer (m/f/d)
Liechtenstein (Vaduz/Triesen) - 80-100% | Permanent
Your challenge
- Specialist processing for QIFATCA/CRS and client tax compliance for VPRU and VP Bank Group (legal basis)
- Regulatory monitoring for QIFATCA/CRS and client tax compliance for the VPRU and VP Bank Group (legal basis)
- Representation of VP Bank in working groups of the FL Bankers Association
- Implementation of controls as part of the onboarding, review and event-driven review processes
- Implementation of ICS
- Processing and responding to inquiries regarding QIFATCA/CRS and client tax compliance
- Implementation of ZCOO controls for annual reporting
- Support with the technical implementation of international tax laws
- Creation and ongoing revision of fact sheets, guidelines, process descriptions, work instructions, control forms and group standards
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in the area of tax compliance (QIFATCA, AIA) and in supporting the business units in banking-related tax compliance and tax issues
- Analytical requirements and an advantage
- Written expression, an independent and solution-oriented way of working and the ability to explain and implement complex topics in appropriate communication
- Precise and reliable work
- High performance management and willingness to travel
- Very good communication skills
- Stylistic confidence in German and very good oral and written English skills
