The Tax Compliance Officer (m/f/d) is responsible for the specialist processing and regulatory monitoring of QIF/IFATCA/CRS and client tax compliance at VP Bank in Liechtenstein. The position also includes carrying out checks, processing inquiries and providing support with international tax reforms.

Tax Compliance Officer (m/f/d)Your challenge
- Specialist processing for QIF/IFATCA/CRS and client tax compliance for VPBL and VP Bank Group/Department
- Regulatory monitoring for QIF/IFATCA/CRS and client tax compliance for VPBL and VP Bank Group/Department
- Representation of VP Bank in working groups of the FL Bankers Association
- Implementation of controls as part of the onboarding, review and event-driven review processes
- Implementation of ICS
- Processing and responding to inquiries regarding QIF/IFATCA/CRS and client tax compliance
- Implementation of the Z100 checks for the annual reporting
- Support in the technical implementation of international tax reforms
- Preparation and ongoing revision of fact sheets, guidelines, process descriptions, work manuals, control manuals and group legislation
Your requirements
- Several years of professional experience in the area of tax compliance (QIF/ATCA, AIA) as well as in the support of the business units or in the area of tax compliance and/or tax-related
- Analytical requirements and a high degree of independence
- Written expression, an independent and solution-oriented way of working and the ability to explain and implement complex topics in pragmatic communication
- Precise and reliable work
- High motivation and resilience
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent German and very good oral and written English skills
