Tax Reporting Specialist
The Tax Reporting Specialist is responsible for preparing regulatory reports for the Swiss authorities and ensuring that tax requirements are met. The role includes monthly tax reporting, validation of tax reports and monitoring of tax processes.
Job description
We are looking for a Tax Reporting Specialist to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland.Tasks
- Production of regulatory reports required by the Swiss authorities
- Reporting via ESBD (European Single Electronic Format) and compliance with the collection of 1825 E1 UBS forms and quarterly reports
- Monthly tax reporting and tax returns
- Validation of tax reports and tax audits
- Fiscal reconciliation and processes; our tax processes are based on our standard collection of approved documentation and comply with legal and regulatory requirements
- Ensuring the confidentiality of data within our tax control environment
- Coordination with various departments to ensure that reporting activities are carried out correctly
- Preparation and consolidation of all necessary information on reports, tax products and market data
