- Responsibility for the day-to-day operational and administrative aspects of a business unit
- Leading cross-functional projects and ensuring the implementation of the business unit's strategy
- Preparation of important reports and presentations
- Coordination of events
- Management of business-specific processes
- Responsibility for financial planning, cost control, and reporting for the business unit
- Ensuring efficient use of resources
- Perform and/or coordinate quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform decisions on projects, performance reviews, scorecard process and/or ad hoc requests
- Implementation of financial budget planning and effective cost control and reporting for the business unit, team, and/or projects
- Management and monitoring of business unit-specific processes
Requirements
- Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Proven project management skills
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic and agile mindset and passion for change
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a portfolio of tasks
- Independent, efficient, proactive and diligent way of working
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Relevant higher education and professional background
