The Team Business Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational and administrative management of a business unit, including implementing strategies, coordinating projects, and monitoring finances. The role also involves conducting analyses, financial planning, and process optimization.

Tasks
- Conduct and/or coordinate quantitative and qualitative analyses as a basis for decision-making for projects, performance reviews, scorecards, processes, and/or ad hoc requests.
- Conduct financial budget planning and effective cost controlling and reporting for business units, teams, and/or projects.
- Own and govern business unit-specific processes
- Responsible for managing day-to-day operational and administrative aspects of a business unit, leading cross-functional projects, and ensuring implementation of business unit strategy
- Preparing key reports and presentations, coordinating events, governing business-specific processes, as well as owning financial planning, cost control, and reporting for the business unit, ensuring efficient use of resources
Requirements
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
- Proven project management skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic and agile mindset and passionate about change
- Able to work under pressure and manage a portfolio of tasks
- Independent, efficient, proactive and meticulous ways of working
- Proficient user in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Relevant higher education and professional background
