Team Business Manager

The Team Business Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational and administrative management of a business unit, leads cross-functional projects, and ensures the implementation of the business strategy. Responsibilities also include financial planning, cost control, and reporting, as well as coordinating events and preparing reports and presentations.

  • Responsibility for the daily operational and administrative management of a business unit
  • Leading cross-functional projects and ensuring the implementation of the business unit's strategy
  • Preparation of key reports and presentations
  • Coordination of events
  • Monitoring of business-specific processes
  • Responsibility for financial planning, cost control, and reporting for the business unit
  • Perform and/or coordinate quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform decisions on projects, performance reviews, scorecard process and/or ad hoc requests
  • Implementation of financial budget planning and effective cost control and reporting for the business unit, team, and/or projects
  • Responsibility for and monitoring of business unit-specific processes

Requirements

  • Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
  • Proven project management skills
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic and agile mindset and passion for change
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a portfolio of tasks
  • Independent, efficient, proactive and diligent way of working
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Relevant higher education and professional background
