Team Business Manager

Tasks
The job description includes responsibility for day-to-day operational, sales, and administrative management in close cooperation with the Group Head. The tasks include:- Supporting the Group Head with daily inquiries
- Coverage and/or support of commercial and risk approvals
- Monitoring team task management
- Preparation of relevant reports, presentations, and support for senior management
- Coordination and/or support of strategic initiatives and projects of the bank
- Supporting the Group Head in his supervisory duties, including monitoring risks and controlling risk and control reports/dashboards
- Conducting and/or coordinating quantitative and qualitative analyses as a basis for decision-making for team and individual planning, performance reviews, scorecard processes, and/or ad hoc requests
- Gathering team input and providing ideas for increasing efficiency in the bank's processes and systems
- Communication of relevant information from the bank, region, and market level and derivation of measures for the respective team, including monitoring and tracking of agreed measures
