Team Business Manager

The Team Business Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational, sales, and administrative management of a team and supports the Group Head in various tasks. The role also includes preparing reports and presentations, as well as monitoring risks and controlling.

Tasks

The Team Business Manager (Team BM) is responsible for managing daily operational, sales, and administrative aspects in close cooperation with the Group Head (GH). This includes:
  • Supporting the GH with daily inquiries
  • Coverage and/or support of commercial and risk approvals
  • Monitoring team task management
  • Preparation of relevant reports, presentations, and support for senior management

Further tasks

  • Coordinating and/or supporting bank strategy initiatives and projects in close cooperation with the Market Business Management team and within the respective team
  • Supporting the GH in its supervisory duties, managing daily risks through regular risk exchanges with the GH, and monitoring risk and control reports
  • Conducting and/or coordinating quantitative and qualitative analyses as a basis for decision-making for team and individual RM customer portfolio planning, performance reviews, scorecard processes, and/or ad hoc inquiries
  • Gathering team input and providing ideas for improving efficiency in the bank's processes and systems, including monitoring and following up on agreed actions
  • Communication of relevant information from the bank, region, and market level and derivation of measures for the respective team
  • Organization and implementation of team meetings and communication in close cooperation with the GH
  • Managing the systematic sales process with support from Regional Business Development and GH, as well as coordinating and/or tracking the use of sales tools within the respective team
  • Implementation of budget planning and effective cost control for the respective team (if applicable)
