The position of Team Business Manager involves responsibility for the day-to-day operational and administrative aspects of a business unit, managing project-oriented projects, and implementing the business unit strategy. Tasks include preparing key reports and presentations, coordinating events, managing business-specific processes, and being responsible for the business unit's financial planning, cost control, and reporting to ensure efficient use of resources.Tasks
- Creation of presentations, concepts, and white papers for internal and external parties
- Planning and execution of internal events, meetings (e.g., offsites, town hall meetings), and communication
- Conducting and/or coordinating quantitative and qualitative analyses as a basis for decision-making for projects, performance assessments, scorecard processes, and/or ad hoc inquiries
- Implementation of financial budget planning and effective cost control and reporting for the business unit, team, and/or projects
- Responsibility for managing business-specific processes
Requirements

- Proficient user of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
