Team Lead, Client Tax Reporting & Tax Reclaim (Full-Time)
Julius Baer is seeking a Team Head of Client Tax Reporting & Tax Reclaim to lead and support the team in providing state-of-the-art client tax reporting and withholding tax refund services. The ideal candidate has experience in team leadership, tax reporting, and process optimization within an international banking environment.
Tasks
- Manage incidents and resolutions
- Support the development of new solutions in close collaboration with the product manager
- Handle highly complex single queries
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day use of key tools and processes
- Drive continuous improvement by streamlining processes and enhancing their scalability, efficiency, and stability
- Promote team development through regular coaching and feedback, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge databases and providing training to stakeholders
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders
Requirements
- Leadership & People Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop professionals in a results-oriented environment; experience in performance management, team development, and coaching
- Professional expertise: Several years of relevant work experience in client tax reporting and withholding tax refund processing in an international banking context
- Operational Excellence: Proven track record in managing time-sensitive operations; in-depth understanding of internal controls and risk mitigation
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Easy client reporting software is a plus
- Languages: Fluent in German (written and spoken); proficient in English
