Team Lead, Data Center of Excellence (Full-Time)

Tasks

The Data Center of Excellence within Global Operations Services has a twofold mission. It delivers critical daily processes such as tax reporting and reconciliation, while maintaining a continuous focus on improving these processes through process engineering, automation, and control solutions to achieve process excellence. The Team Head is responsible for planning and achieving these goals while supporting and coaching the team of 14+ members.

Activities

The activities include:

• Role: Ensuring competencies, managing resources, and monitoring activities
• Transformation: Defining a roadmap for implementing transformations such as automation, process redesign, or monitoring solutions. Establishing a framework for utilizing the various capabilities available to the team. Developing access to additional tools and integration options. Ensuring that solutions are reusable and properly documented
• Professional Development: Supporting team members in developing their skills and actively contributing to the quality of construction or organizational transformations

Requirements

The following requirements apply to this position:

• Leadership skills and coaching experience; prior leadership experience required
• Experience in banking operations, tax reporting, or corporate actions is a plus
• A desire to gain a deep understanding of business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Experience with data and/or technical literature, data analysis, and data modeling would be an asset
