Team Lead, Data Center of Excellence (Full-Time)

Job description

The Data Center of Excellence within Global Operations Services has a twofold mission. It delivers critical daily processes such as tax reporting and reconciliation, while maintaining a continuous focus on improving these processes through process engineering, automation, and control solutions to achieve process excellence. The Team Head is responsible for planning and achieving these goals while supporting and coaching the team of 14+ members.

Tasks

The Team Head actively supports transformation processes.

Requirements

• Leadership skills and coaching abilities; prior management experience required
• Several years of experience in managing and/or executing banking operations processes
• Experience in tax reporting for clients or corporate actions is a plus
• A desire to gain a deep understanding of business processes in order to identify areas for improvement
• Project management experience
• Process Engineering, Process Automation, Data Analysis
• Strong analytical skills to understand and solve complex problems
• A university degree (or equivalent academic qualification) in business administration, finance, data engineering, or a related field
• Fluency in English and a good command of German would be a plus
• Data and technical skills in data analysis; experience in data modeling would be a plus
