Tasks

• Responsibility for the FXMM & PM Processing team (8)
• Ensuring daily operational readiness and providing services with high quality standards in operations
• Support and contribute to the development of the department's risk framework and financial targets
• Identifying and developing internal talent, managing the performance and professional development of team members
• Responsibility for IT and process changes, especially in cooperation with internal project teams (RoC: replacement of the core system)

Requirements

• Completed banking studies with several years of experience in the banking sector, preferably with a university degree
• Experience as a team leader in FXMM / Cash Management
• Experience in cash management, FX, precious metals and money market settlements as well as deep understanding of the front-to-back process
• Knowledge of CBPR+, SWIFT, SEPA and SIC messages and standards (ISO20022), instant payments an advantage
• Proven leadership qualities
• Good organizational, planning, analytical and conceptual skills, experience in project work and process improvement
• Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels and maintain positive working relationships across different departments
