The position of Team Leader FXMM & PM Processing (80-100%, fmd) at Julius Baer in Zurich includes overall responsibility for the processing of foreign exchange, money market and precious metals transactions. Job description
Tasks
- Support and further development of the risk framework and the department's financial targets
- Identifying and developing internal talent. Managing the performance and professional development of team members
- Responsibility for IT and process changes, especially in cooperation with internal project teams (RBC: replacement of the core system)
- Main tasks of the FXMM & PM-Processing team: Trade confirmation / reconciliation and trade settlement of FXMM & PM-Processing
Requirements
- Completed banking studies with several years of experience in the banking sector, preferably with a university degree
- Experience as a team leader in FXMM / Cash Management
- Experience in cash management, FX, precious metals and money market settlements as well as a deep understanding of the front-to-back process
- Knowledge of CIBPR+, SWIFT, SEPA and SIC messages and standards (ISO20022), instant payments advantageous
- Proven leadership qualities
- Good organizational, planning, analytical and conceptual skills. Experience in project work and process improvement
- Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels and maintain positive working relationships across different departments
- Strong team player with a can-do attitude
