Team Leader, Mortgages Outside Liechtenstein and Switzerland

Your area of responsibility

For our Structured Finance division, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on professional to serve as Team Head of Mortgages outside of Liechtenstein and Switzerland.

Your tasks

• Leading, supporting, and developing a small, specialized team responsible for real estate financing outside of Liechtenstein and Switzerland
• Active involvement in structuring, advising on, and implementing real estate financing transactions in Austria, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom
• Assessing financing needs within the broader context and contributing to comprehensive advisory solutions, including reviewing Lombard loan structures, as appropriate and necessary
• Review, preparation, and approval of loan tranches, financing proposals, loan agreements, and collateral, in accordance with internal standards as well as legal and regulatory requirements.

Your profile

• Additional training in the field of credit or financing is an asset
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the lending industry, ideally with a focus on international mortgage financing
• Leadership experience or a proven ability to lead and coordinate employees in a small, specialized team
• In-depth knowledge of one or more of the following:
  • Countries with real estate financing: Austria, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom;
  • Experience with cross-border financing is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical skills and sound judgment in evaluating complex financing transactions or products
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English; French is a plus
  • A high degree of personal responsibility, flexibility, and a strong team-oriented mindset; expertise in settlement and refinancing products, as well as experience with Avaliq or comparable banking systems, is a plus
