Team Lead (m/f/d) Client Static / Master Data in Operations

Tasks

• The proper collection, verification, and maintenance of customer data as part of client management
• Solution-oriented consulting and support for internal partners, including relationship managers and AML/compliance staff—always with a focus on service quality and regulatory compliance
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, in particular Section 24c of the German Banking Act (KWG), the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG), and the Principles on Appropriate Business Organization (MaRisk)
• The preparation of reports and management information, including for internal controls and compliance purposes.
• Reconciliation, calculation, and posting of service fees in the customer environment.
• Actively shaping and optimizing processes to achieve greater efficiency, reduce error rates, and improve user-friendliness.
• Providing professional and personal leadership for your team, including setting goals, conducting feedback sessions, and fostering your employees’ professional and methodological skills.

Requirements

• Completed business training, ideally with a focus on banking or finance.
• Several years of professional experience at a bank, including at least three years in a leadership role, ideally in operations.
• A strong focus on customers and service, even in indirect customer interactions
• A high degree of initiative, the ability to handle pressure, and the ability to lead your team
• Excellent proficiency in German and English
