Tasks

• Client Management
• Solution-oriented consulting and support for internal partners, including Relationship Managers and Advisors, as well as Relationship Managers and Advisory Services.
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, particularly with regard to the Principles of Appropriate Business Organization (MaRisk) in the area of AML/compliance—always with a focus on service quality and regulatory compliance.
• The preparation of reports and management information, including for internal stakeholders.
• Actively helping to shape and optimize processes to achieve greater efficiency and quality.
• Providing professional and personal leadership for your team, including setting goals, conducting feedback sessions, and fostering your employees’ professional and methodological skills.

Requirements

• Completed business apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on banking
• Several years of professional experience at a bank, including at least three years in a similar management accounting role
• A strong focus on customers and service, including in direct customer interactions
• A high degree of initiative, resilience, and the ability to lead your team in a way that is goal-oriented and motivating.
• Excellent proficiency in German and English
